TexasMed offers fully-furnished medical suites with no leases or commitments. There is no up-front costs, personal guarantees, or large security deposits. TexasMed gives you the flexibility to scale your practice at your own pace and provides all-inclusive services including office support and basic medical supplies. This is the first medical co-working concept in the DFW metroplex and no one else provides this flexibility.

There is no contracts or leases required at TexasMed. You have full flexibility to increase or decrease your space requirements as your needs change over time.
Members are allowed to use our address on their website as their own personal location. Practitioners working that day will have their name displayed immediately upon entry in the lobby. The TexasMed sign will be located outside of the building.
Practitioners can use their own EMR / EHR as long as it’s cloud-based. We have HIPAA compliant, high-speed fiber WiFi.
TexasMed has an on-site receptionist who will greet your patients and guide them through an online check-in process. You or your staff will be notified via text message upon patient arrival. There is ample space in the receptionist area to seat your staff and allow them to greet your own patients if you prefer.
TexasMed will have a receptionist on-site between 8:00AM – 5:00PM to ensure the comfort of you and your patients. Services include:
Services does not include scheduling, patient forms, contacting insurance companies, or entering in patient data. TexasMed can help you connect with third party companies who provide these services upon request.
Yes, we have on-site private storage lockers available to all members. There is no storage fee if you use the facility frequently.
TexasMed allows you to rent individual exam rooms on an hourly basis and our minimum block time is four hours. See pricing tab on the website for rates. We offer special discounted packages for practitioners who use the facility more frequently. This will decrease the hourly rate and can potentially save you up to 40%.
Yes! Based on availability, you can book an exam room for $3,000 per month. This includes access to the same services including a separate work station area for your staff, a second room which has shared office space, an on-site receptionist, office supplies, and basic medical supplies.
There is no processing fee if you pay by ACH or check. There is a 3.5% processing fee if you choose to pay by credit card.
There is a $250 refundable security deposit per exam room. The security deposit will be refunded once TexasMed is notified you will no longer be using the facility. The security deposit will not be refunded in the event of physical damages (we do not expect this to happen).
No! TexasMed is purely a real estate services company and will never take any of your billings.
Cancellations are fully refundable up to one week before your booking date.
You can book suites through the member portal on the website at any time.
Based on availability, you can book up to nine suites at the sametime. You can book in advanced or same day – there is 100% flexibility.
Medical suites are fully-furnished including exam tables, chairs, sinks, cabinetry and basic medical supplies.
You can book the same exam room every time if it is available. TexasMed is a timesharing concept and for us to provide you with 100% flexibility, we cannot guarantee the same room every time. However, you can book the same exam room in advance if you would like to ensure consistency.
